Kallista Designs is a social enterprise, founded in 2012, with the mission of empowering the social and economic standing of underprivileged & marginalized artisans by providing them sustainable growth opportunities through Fair Trade practices. The main aim is to make them self-sustainable by creating livelihood opportunities for them.
Kallista exports precious & semi-precious jewelry & other handicrafts, acting as a bridge between the underprivileged/marginalized artisans and the international/affluent markets, at the same time, working for social, economic and environmental well-being of the artisan communities.
Kallista was founded by Devendra Dhariwal. He is also co-founder of SETU, which is a guaranteed member of WFTO & FTF-I. Kallista also fund operations of SETU society, which works for self-sustainability & socio-economic development of underprivileged artisans.
